Floral Designer
Part-Time / Full-Time
Create seasonal floral arrangements and designs for everyday occasions, events, and celebrations. This role supports both our retail experience and event work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
What you'll do
- Design beautiful, seasonal arrangements for retail and events
- Assist with wedding and event floral preparation and installation
- Process, care for, and maintain fresh floral inventory
- Assist customers with selections and special orders
- Keep the floral studio and retail areas clean and organized
What we're looking for
- Professional floral design experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A thoughtful eye for color, composition, and detail
- Knowledge of flower varieties, seasonal blooms, and proper care
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team

Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
Retail Associate
Part-Time
Provide thoughtful customer service, support daily floral and wine retail operations, and help create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.
What you'll do
- Greet and assist customers with flowers, wine, and other shop offerings
- Process purchases and assist with checkout
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shop environment
- Support floral preparation and retail displays
- Restock inventory and keep merchandise beautifully presented
- Assist with daily shop operations and event preparation as needed
What we're looking for
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, dependable, and team-oriented approach
- An eye for presentation and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
