Fresh Rose
Remove the wrapping, trim the stem, and place in a clean vase with fresh water. Refresh the water regularly and keep away from direct sunlight and heat.

Preserved Rose
Do not water or place in a vase with water. Keep indoors in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat. Handle gently.

Please confirm before ordering that your venue permits helium-filled balloons. Refunds or exchanges are not available solely because of venue restrictions.

Keep balloons at a comfortable indoor temperature, away from direct sunlight, heat, sharp objects, and rough surfaces. Never leave them in a parked car.

After delivery, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for popping, escape, or damage caused by handling or conditions outside our control. If your balloons arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly.
